This website describes an advisory practice. Nothing on it constitutes an offer, a guarantee of outcome, or professional, legal, financial or academic advice.
Engagements
Advisory relationships begin only under a signed written agreement. No engagement is created by correspondence, enquiry or use of this site.
No guaranteed outcomes
We do not promise appointments, publications, institutional relationships, awards, honours or distinctions. Outcomes depend on the substance of the underlying record and on decisions made by independent third parties.
Recognition and distinction
Where we advise on recognition, we engage only with legitimate awarding and conferring bodies and support candidature based on verifiable contribution. We do not sell, broker or guarantee titles, degrees, honours or awards.
Intellectual property
Site content, text and design are the property of Scholars Advisory. Work produced within an engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement, which ordinarily vests authorship with the client.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scholars Advisory is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
